Shipping Policy
Please note that we only ship to addresses within the United States at this time.
We provide tracking and delivery estimates for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive regular tracking updates.
Direct Online Purchases:
For direct Online purchases there is a shipping fee per weight of your package. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
OE Box Customers:
We offer a flat shipping fee of $25 on all OE Box Guided Experience orders and ship to you via UPS. Any return shipping is on us! Orders through our Guided Experience are processed within 7 days after speaking to your Guide and while you go through the Emptying Process.

Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Direct Online Purchases:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return (see instructions below under Returns Process).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or invoice.
Apothecary items that have been opened and / or used cannot be returned.
OE Box Customers:
This is a try-before-you-buy experience, therefore all returns must be submitted and shipped no later than the day before your payment due date, otherwise you will be charged for all items in your OE Box.
Your payment due date is set for 15 days after we physically ship your box to you. This allows you a trial period with the items in your box to experience how they feel in your space.
All returns must be submitted via our self-serve order portal (see instructions below under Returns Process) and shipped before the payment due date noted on your invoice.
- Items not submitted as a return in the self-serve order portal will be treated as if you are purchasing and charged on your payment due date to the payment method provided when reserving your OE Box.
- Items submitted as a return in the order portal but not included in your return shipment will be charged to the payment method provided upon inspection of your return.
- Items returned that have been visibly used and deemed unsaleable (including but not limited to: candles, incense, or Apothecary items), your payment method on file will be charged 50% of the retail price as stated on your invoice.

To start a return, you must submit a return request:
- Click here to access our self-service order portal.
- In the email field, enter the email address you used when placing the order, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to our online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Find the order that you want to submit the return for > click Manage > click Request Return
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a reason and add a note (we love feedback!).
- Click Request Return.
Direct Online Purchases:
Upon confirmation of your return request, use the return shipping label sent by our customer service team and reference the instructions provided on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first submitting a request and receiving a return confirmation will not be accepted.
OE Box Customers:
Complete the following steps no later than 24 hours before the payment due date stated on your invoice:
- Submit the items you are returning via the self-serve order portal. Click here to access.
- Ship back the items submitted using the return shipping label and instructions in your OE Box on how and where to send your package.
Upon activation of the return label for your package, a return confirmation and updated invoice will be emailed to you. Failure to complete this process prior to your payment due date will result in being charged for all items in your box.
Refunds
If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be automatically issued within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end.

Direct Online Purchases:
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and whether a refund has been approved.
OE Box Customers:
This is a try-before-you-buy experience where you are only charged for the items you keep by following the steps specified above (see Returns Process for OE Box Customers).
If you have followed all the steps as outlined to return items within you OE Box and feel you were charged in error, please reach out to your OE Guide or contact us a hello@organicerotic.us We will immediately address the issue and happily process a refund if you were, in fact, charged in error.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received an item in error. Upon notification we will promptly determine the best course of action to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: all sale items, gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), burning ritual products that have been used (such as candles or incense). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
